  1. И. п. – стойка ноги врозь, мяч в левой руке. 1 – 2 подняться на носки, руки через стороны вверх, потянуться, переложить мяч в правую руку – вдох.  3 – 4 опуская руки – выдох (6 – 8 раз). Мяч передавать над головой, грудь подать вперёд.
  2. И. п. – стойка ноги врозь, мяч в левой руке.1 – 2 наклон вперёд, мяч передать над головой, в правую руку, смотреть вперёд – выдох. 3 – 4 выпрямиться вдох (5 – 6 раз). Не опускать голову, смотреть вперёд.
  3. И. п. – руки вверх, мяч в левой руке. 1 – глубокий присед, положить мяч у носков ног – выдох. 2 – встать, руки вверх – вдох. 3 – присесть, взять мяч правой рукой – выдох. 4 – встать, руки вверх – вдох (5 – 6 раз). Счёт вести медленно. Выпрямившись, подать грудь вперёд, руки прямые.
  4. И. п. – упор на коленях, мяч на полу между рук. 1 – 4 – взяв мяч правой (левой) рукой, описать большой круг вперёд —  вверх в боковой плоскости, положить мяч на место. Поднимая руку – вдох, опуская – выдох (4 – 5 раз каждой рукой).
  5. И. п. – руки в стороны, мяч в левой руке. 1 – поднять согнутую в колене левую ногу, передать мяч под  коленом в правую руку – выдох. 2 – и. п.  – мяч в правой руке – вдох (4 – 5 раз в каждой ногой), опорную ногу не сгибать.
  6. И. п. – правая (левая) нога впереди, руки на поясе, мяч на полу между ног. Прыжки на двух ногах. Каждым прыжком менять положение ног (20 – 40 прыжков).
